I suspect if it was a sober, angry man, and he flashed a gun, it would have had a different outcome. This woman was nuts and probably high. I imagine the cops didn’t see her as a threat, but an out of control trapped woman. However, they did exercise good restraint IMO
The woman shot in Minneapolis didn’t flash a gun and no one can possibly know if someone is “nuts and probably high” until after it is over. Not sure what “..sober, angry man..” has to do with anything. The point is, there was no good reason to shoot that woman and this video nicely demonstrates the degree of restraint needed for good policing.
